Withdrawals at Six Gam are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, wherever technically possible. This is a standard anti-money-laundering practice.

Live in-play betting: Live betting odds are updated in real time based on match conditions. Six Gam reserves the right to suspend live markets at any time, including during delays, interruptions or if there are concerns about data integrity. Bets placed during a suspension period will be voided.
Match and event settlement: Results are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body — for cricket this means the ICC, PCB or the relevant tournament authority for PSL and domestic competitions. In the event of a result later being overturned officially, Six Gam will re-settle affected markets accordingly.
Abandoned and postponed events: If a match is abandoned before a result can be officially determined, bets will generally be voided and stakes returned. For cricket matches, if the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method produces an official result, bets will be settled on that result. Maximum payout: A maximum single-bet payout limit applies, which varies by sport and market type. The applicable limit is displayed when placing your bet. Bets whose winnings exceed the maximum payout limit will be settled at the limit, not the full calculated return.

Live Casino: Live casino games at Six Gam — including Roulette, Blackjack, Baccarat and other streamed table games — are provided via a third-party live dealer streaming service. The rules governing each game are the standard published rules for that game variant and are displayed at each table. Six Gam is not responsible for technical interruptions on the streaming provider's end, though we will work to resolve any disputes arising from connection failures that affect game outcomes.
In the event of a disconnection mid-hand or mid-spin in a live casino game, the game will be resolved by the dealer or by the system according to the table rules at the time of disconnection. If a game cannot be completed due to a technical failure on Six Gam's side, affected bets will be voided and stakes returned.

Jackpot bingo events have specific prize pool structures and winning conditions that are published before each event. In the event of multiple players achieving a winning pattern simultaneously, jackpot prizes will be split equally between all winners.
